Daddies Board Shop is committed to ensuring you are stoked on your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the unused items back into their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring all original labels and hardware are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days of receipt.
