When will my order ship?

Most orders placed before 1:00 PM PST Monday through Friday ship the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that assembled custom completes cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Can you assemble my skateboard for me?

Absolutely! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings, you can select the 'Assemble My Board' option, and our pro shop will build it for you at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and financing options through Affirm.
